Raymundo Sandoval Valdez

Raymundo is pursuing a BS in Computer Engineering at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. He’s part of SHPE’s Tech Team, where he helps build competition-ready robots using CAD, 3D printing, and hands-on engineering. Raymundo previously interned at Northwestern’s Fluid Dynamics Lab and led outreach programs for underrepresented students in STEM. He’s passionate about both tech and mentorship, and has helped refurbish and donate over 100 computers to communities in need.
