Our summer research experiences are for undergraduate and high school students interested in working with world-class faculty in research groups in person or online and networking with other participants in professional development and community-building activities.

Summer Research Experience for Undergraduates and iCAN Students

In the Summer Research Program (SRP), students work with Illinois faculty mentors and graduate students over the summer to get an introduction to computer science research.

The Grainger College of Engineering's High School Summer STEM Research program for rising 11th-12th graders is an authentic STEM research experience at a world-class research university for six weeks during the summer.
