CS professors Lawrence Angrave, David M. Dalpiaz, Hongye Liu, and lead author Pablo D. Robles Granda received a second-place award for the paper "Beyond Descriptive Statistics: Analysis of Time Series of Student Interactions in Engineering Courses Through the Lens of Modern Mathematical Methods” in the ASEE New Engineering Educators division. It is under consideration for a Best Paper Award.

CS professors Dilek Hakkani Tur and Gokhan Tur, working with CS undergraduate and incoming PhD student Sumuk Shashidhar, wrote the paper "YourBench: Easy Custom Evaluation Sets for Everyone". The research team collaborated with the model repository huggingface, and the paper has received significant attention. Shashidhar is part of the evaluations research team at huggingface and received coverage in Venturebeat for the release of YourBench, using it to test model performance against their internal data.

The paper "CXLfork: Fast Remote Fork over CXL Fabrics," by CS professors Tianyin Xu and Josep Torrellas, CS Postdoctoral Researcher Chloe Alverti, CS PhD students Burak Ocalan, Shashwat Jaiswal, and ECE PhD student Stratos Psomadakis, received the ASPLOS 2025 Best Paper Award, April 1, 2025 in Rotterdam, Netherlands.
