Ashish Kashinath, CS Ph.D., has been selected for the Moore Foundation Postdoctoral Fellowship in quantum networking. Kashinath was advised by Sibin Mohan, former CS research assistant professor and current Associate Professor at the George Washington University. The Fellowship supports Illinois students in select fields who seek to broaden their training, develop new skills and gain perspectives as Illinois postdoctoral research associates. As part of the fellowship, Kashinath will be working with Klara Nahrstedt, CS professor, Swanlund Endowed Chair and Grainger Distinguished Chair in Engineering.
