Project Title

How did I get interested in Computer Science?
I loved the logic and creativity behind algorithmic thinking. I took a few classes (especially AP CSA) in school and was immediately drawn to the unique way CS trains you to approach problems. It's especially exciting that studying this field gives you beyond just a technical skill set -- it opens up endless possibilities across all disciplines and fields.

What social interests matter to me?

Why did you choose Illinois?
I loved the culture. Everyone's so willing to help each other out and push you to be better, and I'm constantly learning new things from the people I'm surrounded with. Also I fell in love with the campus :)

What are your passions outside of computing?
I love being involved in my clubs and learning new things + being on different projects through them, spending time with friends (we’re currently learning how to bake), and going camping and hiking.

Research Description

Biography
I'm a sophomore studying CS, and I'm from California (bay). I'm super interested in AI and want to go from navigating the rapidly changing scene -> leading that change. I'm on Product Space and Illini Blockchain exec, so through those I've been able to explore product management and also gain experience developing in Solidity. In my free time I love hanging out with my friends (getting dinner and watching reality tv is peak), going on walks (the best one is ISR -> Ike through Goodwin/Gregory), finding new study spots on campus, and doomscrolling LinkedIn.
