How did I get interested in Computer Science?
From dissecting websites with Ctrl+Shift+I to tinkering together games in Scratch, I've always loved experimenting at the intersection of creativity and technology. Growing up in the Bay Area, I was surrounded by tech and have always gravitated toward it, especially it's power to build experiences from the ground up.

Why did you choose Illinois?
I chose Illinois for the unique combination of a creative and technical field through my major and the beautiful campus and community!
What are your passions outside of computing?
Video editing, photography, game development, and creating cool things!

Hi! I'm Annette Li, a freshman studying Computer Science + Advertising, and I'm from the Bay Area, California. I love building at the intersection of creativity, technology, and human connection and my ultimate goal is to create interactive experiences that are both memorable and impactful! In my free time, I love catching sunrises, editing videos, and adding fun touches to my portfolio.
