Abstract:
His research project aims to address the limitations of state-of-the-art bug localization techniques to enhance the development of a novel just-in-time, ML-enabled debugging technique. His tasks include (1) Characterizing the dataset for this project, (2) working with state-of-the-art traditional and ML-enabled bug localization tools, and (3) collecting some identified metrics to quantify the research gap and limitations of current techniques.
