Biography & Research Abstract
Abstract:
I'm interested in Computer Arch(System) and programing language. Here in Darko's team, I'm doing order-dependency investigation in java programs. For my universities' research for undergrads program, I did some work for AI sec and Persistent Memory. I researched Adversarial Sample Detection for Deep Neural Network using foolbox and IBM-ART to improve accuracy of object recognition to prevent impostors from hacking into systems and is researching MOVE language in Libra currency source code to protect against Arithmetic Overflow, Timestamp Difference, and understanding the real access mechanism of Memory Mode Optane Memory and XPBuffer by reverse-engineering methods. I'm seeking a Ph.D. position in Computer Arch, especially for persistent memory.
Bio:
My name is Yiwei, and I am a Junior student at ShanghaiTech. I'm endeavored to have some work done and eventually could make my work push the human race forward. I did minor work for HPC, intel processors and AI sec. I'm pretty honored to join the Summer Research group of Darko and co-work with talented people. Fun fact: I could improv like this, which I grab the skill at high school summer camp in 2016.
